-Build-
1st Item - Warrior Boots: This build goes for a bit more survivability so I went for the lots of Armor provided by these boots. Swift Boots is your pick if you want a more standard build.
2nd Item - Demon Hunter Sword: Good HP and Attack Speed and a lot of Damage thanks to its passive! (not that during ultimate the passive applies only to the first projectile, not on both).
3rd Item - Thunder Belt: High amount of HP, Armor and Mana to spam your skills, nice to have with such a low cd mobility skill. The passive gives you some alright True Damage but also nice added utility because of the Slow which you will be able to proc very frequently.
4th Item - Scarlet Phantom: Some Damage and Crit Chance but most importantly a ton of Attack Speed which is key to have on Karrie, our double hits during ultimate will make it easier to get a crit to proc the passive.
5th Item - Berserker's Fury: High Damage and Crit Chance plus stronger crits, key to have in the build to make our crits matter! (most importantly during ultimate when our hits deal less base damage).
6th Item - Blade of Despair: Extremely high DPS item to close the build, at this point our damage will be extremely hard to handle for the enemies!
Starting Item: Hunter's Knife is a decent pick up most of the time but it's not a must. You should pick it if you think you will farm some jungle camps in the early game, it pays off very quickly.
Potion: Red Potion from the attack section of the shop is your best pick most of the time but sometimes the Orange Potion from the defense shop can be best if you need more survivability and your damage is already fine.
-Emblem Set-
Physical: This set is very good for Karrie because it gives all stats that work well with her skillset.
Jungle: If you have this set very high leveled compared to your Physical you might want to use this instead.
-Battle Spell-
Inspire: Added Attack Speed and Physical Penetration for more burst damage.
Purify: Anti-cc and small speed boost, very solid pick.
Flicker: Flexible overall utility.
-Tips-
1) Blue Buff isn't important to get on Karrie so leave it to your allies (unless they leave it to waste) or steal it from the enemies. Red Buff is very good so try to have it up, the additional movement speed it gives is very nice.
2) Max your 2nd Skill first, it's extremely important to lower its cooldown as quickly as possible for max mobility.
3) Remember that your Ultimate gives movement speed, remember to use it if you are trying to escape.
4) Your 2nd Skill can be used to jump over certain walls, the range is short though compared to other similar skills so with experience you will learn which walls you can jump through and which one you can't.
